It’s difficult to exercise immediately after all the festivities are over for most of us after such a hectic and busy festive schedule, meeting people, vacations and impromptu parties and binging.
Even the earnest, health conscious people tend to take it easy during festivals. You can avoid eating sweets and monitor your calories at home but when you go visiting protocol and courtesies throw the diet plans off the track. So considering that FESTIVALS ARE OUR CHEAT DAYS. How do we cleanse and detox our bodies without putting a hole in already strained and drained pockets.
STEP1 : DRINKING LOTS OF WATER.
Water is the best detoxifying agent in all its forms.
A) Have bath or soak yourself in warm water, it relaxes your muscles and relieves stress helping you to find balance.
B) Drink water (ALOT) in all it’s forms lemon juice, warm water,coconut water etc. It keeps you hydrated and is the best detoxifier removing and flushing out all the impurities from the body.

STEP 2 : EAT FIBRE RICH FOOD.
According to the doctors you should have atleast 30 grams per day of Lentils (Dals), beans, leafy vegetables and whole grains in your meals.
Not only do they enrich your diet they provide nutrition and strength improving your immunity and reducing the unwanted fat from your body, helping to detoxify your body.

STEP 3 : LAST BUT NOT LEAST .
