Remember in the last article I had spoken about how necessary it is to DETOX ourselves after the festivities are over and how home cooked food ( Ghar ka khana ) can be our savior
In Tip 2 : I had suggested to add 30 grams of Lentils and Greens (Leafy vegetables). Today I am here to share some easy recipes which can give a twist to your otherwise same old food
Creating new recipes doesn’t require you to have expensive equipments, exotic foods or ingredients. It just requires you to have an imaginative mind for you to experiment with already what you know and have without you breaking the bank
Our previous generations were wiser 😌 they valued what they had, how many times had we seen our mothers create miracle out of nowhere with an old recipe or the leftovers. Those times when they made it obligatory for us to clean our plates. In festivities or in fasts made us eat certain vegetables or fruits. They knew how important it is to have balance in our diets.
TODAY’S RECIPE INCLUDES USING SIMPLE INGREDIENTS LIKE GREEN MOONG AND COCONUT 🥥.
BENEFITS OF HAVING GREEN GRAMS IN YOUR DIET:
