minutesNature’s very own Elixir,discover the benefits of drinking pomegranate juice from a healthy heart to glowing skin. Pomegranate has amazing advantages for your body,mind and spirit.
Ingredients
Pomegranate juice : 1/2 glass.
Sugar : 2 tablespoons.
Mint leaves : 5 to 6 ( crushed)
Ginger juveniles : 5 to 6 sticks.
Drinking soda : (soda water ) : 1/2 glass
Coconut milk : (Optional) : 1/2 glass.
Salt : According to taste.
Directions
- In a mixer blender, add the pomegranate juice, mint leaves, ginger juveniles, sugar and salt according to your taste.
- Strain the above pomegranate juice from the blender and keep aside.
- Next in a big transparent glass,add this pomegranate juice,water and soda water.
- Adjust the taste to your liking, Add ice-cubes or crushed ice,Add a lemon slice on the edge of the glass,garnish with mint. Your annar bahaar is ready.
- [This is an optional step : Instead of soda water,you can also add coconut milk. ]
Notes
- Instead of soda water ( seltzer),it can be interchanged with sparkling water
- You can add honey and a dash of lime instead of sugar.
- Any citrus fruit can be added to change the profile of this original Recipe to create a refreshing cool summer zingy drink.
