What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being? – Stick to the basics.
Drink enough water :
As our bodies are 70%water,it’s very important that we don’t skip this most easiest thing to do,hydrate ourselves. Many people focus on exercise and Food but forget the basics – Drinking enough water.
- The reason of not drinking enough water is as simple as forgetting, the water source is far from where you are sitting, so basically lethargy to go ,get up and drink [ which often happens with kids and teenagers]
- TIP : keep water bottles or carafe at all convenient places,where it is easy to get hold of, make a schedule of when you will have water as simple as that like after getting up in the morning 1 glass, before breakfast 1 glass…. you decide your schedule. When going out do not forget to grab your water bottle (make it your partner in everything you do.)
- EXERCISE :
- Thanks to the booming IT sector,many of us have sedentary lifestyle, it’s this lifestyle which is causing many health issues as there is no scope to digest what you have eaten causing obesity, weak muscles, heart conditions, back and neck problems.
- TIP : Exercise on the place where you are sitting. Simple movement in the place where you sit,can improve blood circulation. [ I often do it,when I am sitting for a long time to prepare for my class lessons or I am creating outline for my blog.]

EAT HEALTHY :
- Better said then done,right. Trust me,I know it. I am a very slow eater,because of which in the morning I used to skip my breakfast. [The most careless thing to do 😕] So realizing this,I have made it a point to eat one boiled egg and any fruits which are available at that point of time at home] A simple change but I can feel the difference.
- TIP : Eating healthy simply means have a balance to your Eating habits. Eat one time a healthy meal before you leave for work,eat enough to keep you energized during the day. If you are someone who eats at the office canteen (just add a fruit during the day) night try to eat home cooked food and keep the junk for the weekend 😀
Simple changes can change a lot of things in our life,helping you and me create a healthy balanced life ✨️ Hope these simple tips will be useful to you, same way as they have worked for me.
[If possible create an exercise schedule depending on your age and body requirement – Do not blindly exercise, the routine for a 20 year old and a 40 year old are different our bodies go through transition, always keep that in mind. Many times we also gain weight by doing wrong exercises, wrong routines. Always ask your nutritionists and trainers before trying anything new.]
