This is a season, where we long to eat something special as our appetites are soaring. Recently a while ago I  had shared with you Recipe for Fish -Thali, but as we are now into the full blown  Monsoon season and Fish hard to get ( Even If you do  get,the cost is scary and the quality is compromised, as most of the time it’s  frozen)😏  So How do you deal with Fish  cravings, I like to experiment with different options.

While browsing through YouTube channel I came across this Quick, easy to make  Shrimp Recipe, I really loved it,That instant, I knew,I had to make it (In this recipe I have used Prawns )

So the obvious next thing was to make and see how the outcome would be, Ofcourse the original taste was bit less spicy for me so I tweaked it, Giving it an Indian avatar to suit my taste, but along with my Recipe I am also sharing the link here, you can use the one which suits you.
